Leave it to Michael Moore to cut to the heart of the matter.

Exactly.
ummm.. unless he was the dude that did the shooting, he’d be at home… after all, posting outrageous crap on the internet isn’t illegal, just ask the moonbat left wing of the country…
If only that was the truth. England last year, guy was arrested and charged because he joking posted to twitter that he would blow up the airport if the snow wasn’t cleared (I believe it was snow – open to correction) in time for his flight the following week.
People are routinely arrested at rallies for wearing t-shirts that do little more than say something that disagrees with the speaker (don’t believe me? Then JFGI).
I guess there are a lot of benefits to being White, female and famous in this country….
Except that Palin made no such threat. She never once mentioned that any person should be killed, hurt, attacked, anything like that. The famous map that they are talking about shows cross hairs on a MAP. Not a person. And it doesn’t say anything like, “pull the trigger”, or anything like that. It says “let’s take back the 20″. That is no different than any other political campaign talking about “taking” a political office. Attributing Palin’s map as “violent rhetoric” is a huge stretch… huge.
Um – “Don’t retreat, reload!” – Assange should be treated like a Taliban or Al-Qaeda leader (read assassinated) – hello?
