Do you live in Arkansas, Maryland, Texas, Mississippi, Tennessee, South Carolina or North Carolina? If you do, and you’re an atheist you might want to think twice about running for state office. Some people seam to feel that these states constitution, despite the law should come before the articles of the U.S. constitution and want to stop you from serving.
Although this video is from December 2009, according to FreeThoughtPedia, the “law” is still in place.
