We don’t know the original source, I think we came across it on Imgur or some other photo hosting place like that. If anybody does know the original source we’d love to include it in the post.
I didn’t track down an artist statement, but WAS able to find that it’s artist Hazel Moore’s piece for the Glasgow School of Art 2011 degree show. It’s been referred to as the “vulva dress” but I don’t know if that’s the actual title of the artwork.
