New Zealand ad agency Saatchi & Saatchi put together a campaign to promote awareness and raise money for domestic violence victims by selling these cards amongst regular romantic-type cards in stores there. While I agree it’s a great cause, the problem I ran into(and can’t be the only one??) is that if you happen to be one of those people who sees a lot of memes, or just has the sense of humor of a 13 year old boy, these cards are unintentionally hilarious. Paul sent me the images to see what I thought, and I laughed my ass off until I realized they were supposed to be serious! And then I felt bad, and am now pretty sure I am going straight to hell for it.
